How long does an order take?

Every item is made to order. Production takes 2-7 business days, and delivery within the U.S. is about 3-10 business days after that. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Flat $2.99 on U.S. orders under $30, and free on U.S. orders of $30 or more.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering the wrong size or design. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email stellaandblue.shop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full. See our refund policy.

Will my order ship in one package?

Orders with several items may ship separately from different print partners.

Do you ship internationally?

Delivery times are longer outside the U.S., and customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees.

Is the artwork AI-generated?

The artwork is AI-assisted and created from my own pet photos.
